Here’s how:

  1. Log-in to the Gear & Print Catalog using the same log-in information as your JJ’s Services account. The Services site is where you find your store’s surveys.
    1. If you do not have access to JJ’s Services site, you may receive access if you meet these qualifications:
      1. You must be listed on the Franchise Agreement: Send your store numbers, first/last name, and email address to [email protected].
      2. Certified General Managers, certified Area Managers, or a certified Area Marketing Directors: Franchisees can set-up these qualified users on the Services website and for your Business Coach to approve.
    2. The first time every user logs-in to the Gear & Print Catalog, they will be prompted to reset their password.
  2. View items, add them to your shopping cart, and complete your check-out.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
  4. You will receive a proof for any items with store-specific information that you must approve before any item is produced.
  5. KC Printing will produce and ship all items.
  6. The next time you order, go to Order History to reorder any items ordered in the past to save time.
